Personal Hygiene

Always practice safe sex. I am not a healthcare practitioner nor am I qualified to give accurate and complete advice on STD's, STI's and safer sex practices. Therefore I recommend that you use common sense and consult a qualified healthcare professional for advice on this safer sex practices.

You're the one with a pussy in your mouth, so obviously you expect your woman to practice good personal hygiene. But did you know that your personal hygiene habits are equally, if not more important to maintaining the health of her vagina?

Before eating pussy there are a few simple grooming practices that you should attend to first:
  • You should both be recently showered. At the very least you should wash your face and hands. You're there to eat her out, not share with her everything you've come in contact with that day. Your face and hands are continuously exposed to germs, bacteria, viruses and other foreign bodies throughout the day. Her pussy hasn't been exposed to anything, that is until you go down on her. Furthermore, a romantic shower together is a nice way to build arousal and get her in the mood for the mind blowing oral sex to follow. It's also a great opportunity for you to attend to any areas that aren't clean enough for your comfort. The outside of her genitalia should be washed with soap and water. It's okay to clean underneath the folds of skin, but the inside of her vagina should never be washed. Vaginal douching, even with plain water, is not recommended. If you have an adventurous tongue, you can be sure to wash the other areas your tongue may wish to explore.
  • It's important to have a clean close recent shave with a fresh razor before dining between a woman's thighs. Some women enjoy the feel of full grown facial hair between their legs, but stubble hurts. I know this may sound trivial and a lot of women may even say it's unnecessary. She may not experience any discomfort with the average pussy eater whose face is buried between her legs for just a few minutes, but after two hours, stubble will become irritating.
  • Brush, floss and rinse with mouthwash. Not just for the sake of fresh breath. Believe it or not there's more harmful bacteria in your mouth than in a woman's pussy (assuming she’s healthy and practices good hygiene). You don't want to introduce harmful bacteria or residual food particles to her urethra or vagina. Help keep her pussy clean and healthy so that you can enjoy eating her out again and again and again.
  • Eating pussy isn’t all tongue play. The hands and fingers are part of the action too and they should feel smooth inside of her. Trim your fingernails and smooth any rough areas on your fingernails, fingers and hands with a fine emory board. Rough areas, especially fingernails, can accidentally scratch or injure the delicate tissue of her pussy and thus create transmission points for STD's and STI's.
  •
Her pussy is a delicate ecosystem with a natural flora of living organisms which maintains a proper pH level, prevents the growth of bad bacteria, and maintains not only her vaginal health, but her overall health as well. Your good hygiene practices will avoid disrupting her pussy's natural flora.
